Shipping Policy

Which countries and regions do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

  • The United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Canada
  • Most European countries
  • Select international regions

How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders over $99 USD qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders under $99 USD typically require a $7.99 USD shipping fee.
  • Some remote areas, including Alaska and Hawaii, may require a $15 USD shipping fee.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.


How are orders shipped and how long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

United States

We have a local warehouse in the United States for selected products.

Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2–7 business days.

Please note that some products or variants may be temporarily out of stock in our U.S. warehouse and may need to be shipped from other regions. In such cases, delivery may take approximately 7–14 business days.

Europe

At the moment, we do not have a local warehouse in Europe.

European orders are currently shipped from other regions and usually arrive within 7–14 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number and carrier information by email.

What if my package has not arrived after 15 business days?

If your package has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us with your order number at:

We’ll contact the carrier and help confirm the shipping status.

For delays caused by non-natural factors, we will refund the shipping fee you paid.

If your package has still not been delivered after 30 days, we will provide a full refund.


Can I change my address or cancel my order?

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

After 24 hours, we’re unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.

If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery.


What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?

We’ll arrange a replacement, reshipment, or compensation depending on the situation.


Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. Customers generally do not need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes for orders placed on our website.
