My teen son has been using this as his gym bag and sports bag and it's been working great. It holds a lot of items without feeling bulky, and the different compartments make it easy to keep things organized. The size is perfect for practices and the gym. It also feels like good quality and seems like it will hold up well with regular use. it has a lot of pockets to fit his socks, the straps are comfortable for a backpack and shoulder strap for a duffle bag. I like that you can use it as both. Great bag overall
