  • To change the password, please follow these steps:

    1. First, set the lock to the current password and unlock the bag.
    2. Use a pin or another sharp object to press the small black button on the top of the lock.
    3. While holding the button in, adjust the number wheels to your desired new password.
    4. Press the unlock button next to it. When the black button on the top pops back out, the password change is complete.

    Please make sure to remember your new password after resetting it.

  • Yes. The reversible quick-switch strap supports both left- and right-shoulder carry.
